so glad I got Ace through puppys r us despite knowing he was coming to MA all the way from Missouri. Sonny helped me get a pet carrier and Ace got home safely full of energy healthy and Playful. Keeps us on out toes and that’s the fun part, the first full moment he was calm I thought I had done something wrong with Him. I reached out to Amy and Sonny, they cared to reply to my emails and gave me a call when I was anxious about how to care for Ace better. I send updates about Ace and I get a reply the same day with tips. Definitely the family to get a loving pet. Thank you Sonny and Amy, you are the best I could find and so glad I chose Ace.

Sammy recently joined our family and his big sister Lily ( also golden from “puppys r us “) in December 2024. Our family is now complete. We could not be happier with the entire process but also how fantastic our puppy is. He is as healthy as can be, almost potty trained at 10 weeks old , smart and funny . This is the second time we’ve trusted “Puppys r Us “ and are very pleased. Thank you all involved in fulfilling our dream of having the best companions ever!

First day with Mr. Ruger and he is doing GREAT. He Loves our big fenced in back yard and looking forward to him being my new Side by Side riding buddy.Mr. Ruger was nice and Clean when he was delivered to us and even came with a small bag of food. All paper work was completed as promised. If we are ever in need or know some one in need of a new fur baby I would highly recommend Puppy’s R Us. They made this process easy and fun.

I would like everyone to know that the staff and owners of Puppys-R-Us are outstanding! I was very hesitant to purchase a puppy on-line, but I can assure you that everything is as it appears, and the pictures you see on their website are the actual puppies that are available! They offered to do a FaceTime meet and greet so I could see Cooper live to assess his personality, and speak with the staff about him before I made my decision to purchase. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns promptly and honestly. Every phone call and email was answered within minutes. When I finally did decide to purchase Cooper, the process could not have been any easier! I was able to pay on PayPal and pick the date for shipping. Puppys-R-Us handled everything else to get Cooper to me in Las Vegas with excellent communication, and coordinated all the travel details. He arrived safe and sound in a large crate on time! He is the absolutely the sweetest puppy you could ask for! We took him to our Vet for a checkup and he passed with flying colors! A big healthy Golden boy! I couldn't be any happier, and I can certainly give this company the highest recommendation! Thank you Puppys-R-Us for everything you did to bring Cooper to our family! 🐾🌈❤️

My partner searched and searched to find her dream puppy..... we found it in a little aussiedoodle named Echo from the most wonderful people, Amy & Sonny. Echo fits right in with her big sisters and brings us much joy and laughter. And as a bonus, we found a forever friendship with two amazing people!

Rose is such a joy. I love her so much. She is a one person dog and I am that person! She is so beautiful. People stop me all the time and compliment her. Thank you. Also I am in a electric wheelchair and Rosie loves to shop!!
